Manufacturers are forced to reduce production speed and manually handle the pasta, which not only reduces capacity and labor costs but can also accelerate equipment wear.

The best solution to this problem is to pre-process the pasta with a coarse crusher before using a grinder for finer crushing. The coarse crusher first breaks the large pieces of pasta into small to medium-sized particles, thus completely eliminating bridging and clogging issues.
